This new version is mainly to restore the card face appearance to match more closely what it was prior to the graphics revamp. We had a lot of people requesting this, as they found the new format difficult to read. Sorry about that folks!

* Fix bug where clearing statistics worked ok, but didn't update status bar
* Fix bug in Osmosis,Peek where cards dealt and redeals were not handled correctly
* Fix bug where sound was incorrectly muted when ringer was set to silent or vibrate only
