The main reason for this release was to fix a bug where the screen would sometimes go blank on a screen rotate (ouch! hopefully we won't get any more of those!)

Also, many new preferences options have been added, so you have more choice configuring the user interface.

Here's a list of the new things added:

• An 'Exit' button added to the menus, which can be turned on or off in preferences. Note that the 'Home' button also exits!
• Golf will now deal five rows of cards by default (ie standard Golf), rather than four. (Can change in preferences)
• The 'Back' button can be set to 'Undo last move' or 'exit' (Can change in preferences)
• The haptic feedback (vibration) can be turned on and off in preferences
• Dealing animations can be disabled in preferences
