I assume you mean Klondike? My wife has played over 2000 games of Klondike, and has won 12%, so your win percentage is pretty good. I'm sure it's possible to get higher win rates, if we took the time to replay every hand and try every possible combination along the way. Automated computer programs would be able to get higher rates, but noone's been able to determine exactly how many games are winnable, it's well beyond the capabilities of applied statisticians at the moment.
